The hatred for Jared Leto’s Joker is palpable, but it’s really part of one of those “larger problems” where hatred has literally become a marketing demographic……which isn’t any fun at all.

This one is short and sweet since it’s a recent one and not much of my opinion has changed about it except for tiny thing concerning its rank among the Thor movies.

The beginning of Marvel Studios’ “Tonal Turn” for the MCU came with this movie and its surprising popularity with the general audience after being a somewhat fringe Marvel comic.

I’ve watched this movie so many times and it’s still the greatest film the MCU has ever made. Though, I had to re-watch it recently to remember that.

Thor: The Dark World is still one of the more solid MCU movies, but there’s just one big thing holding it back from being a great one. No it’s not Patty Jenkins, though she would have helped.

Iron Man 3 is one of the most maligned movies in the entire franchise and I couldn’t disagree more about that. It’s one of the MCU’s strongest efforts, in my opinion.

The “season finale” of Phase 1 of the MCU was the culmination of a grand experiment that ultimately worked for Marvel Studios, despite a few things here and there with it.

The first film in the Captain America “Sort Of” Trilogy is a doozy and one of the more solid comic book origin story movies made.

Thor is another one of those MCU movies that really deserves more credit than it gets……like a lot of Phase 1 MCU movies, apparently.

Superman is 80 years old this year and his character has stood the test of time through several generations......enough to respect every interpretation he's ever had. 

The third movie in my MCU Rewatch is one of the more forgotten ones, but it actually adds a lot to the MCU as a franchise.
