John Diggle finally catches up to Oliver in person as Black Canary gets caught in the crosshairs of Oliver's battle with the Ninth Circle. 

Benjamin Percy and his team continue to tell the story of Oliver Queen that I wish the CW writers were interested in telling. 

I've been a fan of Arrow on the CW for three years......and now DC's Green Arrow: Rebirth is making me seriously question that decision.
